Amazing! Staff was friendly, helpful, answered all questions and gave clear verbal and written instructions. Surgeon was amazing, as my son had very little pain or side effects. Prescriptions were waiting for us at the pharmacy on the way home, and everything was efficient and organized.

An extremely professional staff all-round. Communication about procedure and alternatives was easy to understand and made the decision-making process easy. Covid -19 protocols were well-established and went above all guidelines that I'm aware of (for example, patients leave the office use a separate exit to avoid contact with patients in the waiting room). I particularly appreciated the privacy routine they use: patients are well sequestered from each other.

I had two extractions and was treated with great care, kindness, and tremendous respect for my comfort I was surprised to receive a telephone call from Dr. Gold the evening of my surgery. And, even more surprised to receive another telephone call from Claudia three days later inquiring if I was comfortable. She also reminded me of all the instructions I needed to take to allow healing to be as successful as possible. Everyone here is really friendly and makes you feel really comfortable and safe during COVID. Dr Gold is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to answer any questions you may have and makes sure you feel as comfortable as possible with the procedure. I had to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled at once; two of them were coming in very impacted. Believe me when I say I was very very nervous about the surgery, but Dr. Gold really took the time to assure me the procedure was going to be quick and painless. I hardly had any pain after the surgery just some swelling. He even called me after surgery that night to make sure I was doing ok. I definitely would recommend him hands down. Now if I can only find a regular dentist like him!
